o Utilizes CAD skills, tape measures, handheld laser measures, and a 3D Laser Scanner to develop/update floor plans and building layouts to be submitted to the Department of NAVY according to their specifications.

o Complete building walkthroughs and create hand sketches of room and building layouts to transpose to create an AutoCAD version.

o I have performed and excelled in the task space management of migrating/surveying over 3.5 million square feet for the NAVY.

o Provided preliminary QA of electronic floor plans for task leads.

o Drafts mechanical drawings of computer sever racks per client specifications for Mechanical engineers and returned in timely manner.

o Work with the JP Morgan and Chase clients for space management by performing building surveys.  During the survey I use AutoCAD to update office layouts, personnel occupancies, and furniture layouts.

o Currently taking on GIS responsibilities of surveying utilities for the Navy. Using a GPS unit, I collect exact position of storm water & waste water utilities.  After collecting the utilities locations, I compile a GeoPdf map of the storm water & waste water utilities systems by using mapping software such as Esri ArcMap and AutoCAD Map 2013.
